All products sold by Strapzy's Shinnies are custom-made to order. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
Every pair of shin pads produced by Strapzy's Shinnies is made specifically for you — personalised with your name, squad number, nationality flag, club colours and any artwork you provide. Because each pair is built to your individual brief, it cannot be resold or reused by another customer.
Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Our products fall squarely within this exemption.
For hygiene reasons, grip socks cannot be returned once opened. Unopened grip socks in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.
While we do not accept change-of-mind returns, we will always make things right if there is a fault on our side. We will replace or refund your order at no cost to you if:
In all such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (or within 7 days of the expected delivery date if it has not arrived). Include your order number and photos where relevant.
Before we begin production on any pair, we send you a digital design mockup for approval. You are responsible for reviewing this mockup carefully — including your name, number, flag, colours and any artwork. Production only begins once you explicitly approve the design. We cannot accept claims based on details that were visible and approved in the mockup.
If you spot an error in the mockup, simply let us know and we will revise it before proceeding. There is no limit on revision rounds before sign-off.
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before you approve the design mockup. Once you have approved the mockup and production has begun, cancellations are not possible as materials have been committed to your specific order.
