All products sold by Strapzy's Shinnies are custom-made to order. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
Every pair of shin pads produced by Strapzy's Shinnies is made specifically for you — personalised with your name, squad number, nationality flag, club colours and any artwork you provide. Because each pair is built to your individual brief, it cannot be resold or reused by another customer.
Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Our products fall squarely within this exemption.
For hygiene reasons, grip socks cannot be returned once opened. Unopened grip socks in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.
While we do not accept change-of-mind returns, we will always make things right if there is a fault on our side. We will replace or refund your order at no cost to you if:
In all such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (or within 7 days of the expected delivery date if it has not arrived). Include your order number and photos where relevant.
For individual orders, you create your design yourself in our 3D design studio and see it before you order. You are responsible for checking it carefully before checkout — including your name, number, flag, colours and any artwork. We print the design as you submitted it, and we cannot accept claims based on details that were visible in your design when you ordered.
If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact us straight away. If production has not started yet, we will correct it for you.
For club orders, we send a digital design mockup for approval before production begins. Production only starts once you explicitly approve it, and there is no limit on revision rounds before sign-off.
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before production begins (for club orders, before you approve the design mockup). Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible as materials have been committed to your specific order.
